There will be different projects to choose from. Do one or do them all!
This winter Bench Buddy welcomes the season with a snowflake made of white applique glitter. Pieced borders are added after embroidery on your sewing machine to make the cover just right for an 8” pillow form. Design files include options for double hooping the pillow top in a 5 x 7 hoop. Kit is $10 and includes design and materials to complete the project. Remember your USB stick to transfer the design to your machine! Include white and one other color thread with your other sewing/embroidering supplies.
Remember braiding friendship bracelets from embroidery floss in 6th grade? Clever piecing in-the-hoop makes the fabric on this mug hug appear braided. And, just like those bracelets, you’ll want to make one for every friend. Perfect for pairing with a hot cocoa or coffee cup, a kind sentiment finishes the mug hug. With three sizes to choose from, mug hugs are beautiful as a candle wrap too. Kit is $10 and includes design and materials to finish the project. Remember your usb stick! You will need sewing/embroidering supplies along with some different thread colors.
"Baby is Sleeping" Trapunto Pillow uses the trapunto effect for this sweet baby pillow on the embroidery machine. The bottom border of pink or blue is pieced in-the-hoop to finish the phrase “…is sleeping.” Additional borders with optional pompom trim and hanging tassels are added on the sewing machine to make a cover just right for a 9½ x 5½” rectangle pillow form. Project is made in a 5x7 hoop. Place it on the doorknob whenever baby goes down for a nap as a gentle reminder for big brother and sister to play quietly. Kit is $10 and includes fabric and stabilizer for the project. Remember your USB stick for the design along with your sewing/embroidery supplies and thread.
$ 10.00 $10 for the class; each project and kit has it's own price.
Kits will include all materials needed to complete the project.
If doing an embroidery design, you will need your embroidery machine. Sewing projects will need a sewing machine. Each project list has supplies needed.
