Ogden Feather Dream Table Runner

Now is the time for all good quilters to learn to make feathers with their quilting
rulers!  This table runner is using two different techniques:  feathers and reverse
applique.  Your main fabric will create a space for your contrasting fabric to peek
through.  Imagine the possibilities!
Mary will have 2 different types of feather rulers available to use in class for those
of us who do not own a feather ruler or want a chance to try one out.  Bring your
own ruler foot for your machine, a flat-bed extension table (like a Sew Steady
